Withenshaw Virtual Assistants charge for both time and materials used whilst performing tasks on behalf of the client. Any materials are charged at cost and can include such items as paper, envelopes, telephone charges, postage, packaging and printer ink. You can pay by debit/credit card, cheque or cash. Please see our payments section for further details.

Withenshaw Virtual Assistants offer a number of different payment packages, dependant upon the type of service you wish us to perform. The table below shows which services are available and which payment package is available for your chosen service.

Prices for Time

This section details the prices that Withenshaw Virtual Assistants charge for their time used whilst performing tasks on behalf of the client.

Retainer Packages

Retainer packages are a cost effective way of using Withenshaw Virtual Assistants. You simply pay for a block of time to be utilised during the month. Any time that remains unused during the month will be carried forward to be used during the next month.

We can also offer individual pricing for each task that you ask us to perform. This is generally used for Specialist Business Services, where tasks may be complex and may include utilising several resources to complete the task.
